Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prior to placing an order, please ensure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions which apply to all orders.

  1. Placing an order with Andrew Armitage  is deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
  2. Orders should in most cases be fulfilled within 14 days, however, please allow plenty of time if your order is date dependent (for example if your print is a gift etc.)
  3. All print sizes are stated in inches.
  4. Most products are printed to order, therefore once an order has been accepted and confirmed by email, cancellations will not be permitted.
  5. Where a print requires cropping to fit the chosen print size, unless specified during the order process, Andrew Armitage will make a judgement on how the final print is cropped.
  6. We regret that we are unable to accept returns unless there is a specific fault that has occurred during the printing process. Such faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  7. Purchased images may not be reproduced by copy, scanning or any other duplication method and copyright of the image remains with the photographer at all times.
  8. Customers will have the options to specify delivery options during the checkout process. Andrew Armitage can not be held responsible for failures by 3rd party delivery agents.
  9. Payments will be made securely through PayPal to Andrew Armitage.
  10. Prices are not subject to VAT.
  11. All products and orders are subject to availability. Should your first choice not be available, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, or, provide a refund.
